Who is responsible for your data?

Daniel Schillig is responsible for personal information submitted in connection with enquiries made through this website. Questions or requests concerning your information can be sent to daniel@schillig.uk.

Contacting me

The contact form works entirely in your browser. It prepares a message in your default email application; it does not send your form entries to this website or store them on the website. You decide whether to review, edit and send the resulting email.

If you send the email, the information it contains is used to understand and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps you request before entering into a contract.

How long enquiry information is kept

Email correspondence is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Messages that are no longer required are deleted.

Website operation

The website hosting infrastructure processes basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as request data, IP addresses and short-lived operational logs. No advertising or behavioural analytics service is installed, and the site does not set optional analytics or marketing cookies.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to its use. Contact daniel@schillig.uk to make a request.

You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Its current complaint route is available at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
